- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup green food coloring
- ½ cup purple food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla and sour cream.
- Divide the cheesecake batter into two bowls. Color one with green food coloring and the other with purple food coloring.
- Pour alternating spoonfuls of the green and purple batter onto the crust, then use a knife to swirl the colors together.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a more intense color, add more food coloring as desired.
- Serve with whipped cream and Halloween-themed decorations for a festive touch.
