Ingredients

  • 1 package of refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 cup of scrambled eggs
  • 1/2 cup of cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup of diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup of diced onions
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crusts on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the crusts into rectangles, about 4×6 inches.
  4. In a bowl, mix together scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, bell peppers, and onions.
  5. Place a spoonful of the filling on one half of each rectangle.
