Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pie crusts on a floured surface.
- Cut the crusts into rectangles, about 4×6 inches.
- In a bowl, mix together scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, bell peppers, and onions.
- Place a spoonful of the filling on one half of each rectangle.
