Description

A delicious dessert roll filled with creamy Oreo filling and rich chocolate, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Oreo mixture.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a chocolate cake roll or sponge cake.
  6. Roll the cake tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and garnish with crushed Oreos.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
