- 1 package of Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the Oreo mixture.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a chocolate cake roll or sponge cake.
- Roll the cake tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and garnish with crushed Oreos.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
