Description

Loaded Bacon Cheese Fries are a delicious and indulgent dish featuring crispy fries topped with melted cheese, crispy bacon, and a variety of toppings.


Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into fries.
  3. Soak the fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot and fry the potatoes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove fries from oil and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

  7. Bake in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven and top with sour cream and green onions.
