Garlic Butter Cheeseburger Rollups are a delicious twist on traditional cheeseburgers, featuring a buttery garlic flavor wrapped in a soft roll.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onions and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until onions are translucent.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite burger toppings inside the rollups.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve with ketchup or mustard for dipping.
