- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
- 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup au jus seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small saucepan, heat the beef broth and au jus seasoning until simmering.
- Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the roast beef and provolone cheese on each.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Brush the outside of the rolled tortillas with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden.
- Serve warm with the heated beef broth for dipping.
