- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup crushed Doritos
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the cream cheese and bacon mixture.
- Coat each stuffed chicken breast in crushed Doritos, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish and sprinkle with shredded cheese if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
