Description

Cheesy Garbage Bread is a delightful and indulgent dish that combines various cheeses and toppings stuffed inside a loaf of bread, perfect for sharing or enjoying as a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup garlic butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, bacon, green onions, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on both halves of the bread.
  5. Brush the tops with garlic butter.
  6. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
