- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Slice the chicken and serve it on top of the pasta, garnished with chopped parsley.

- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
